Power plant retirements and surging demand mean Pennsylvania could face a shortfall of 80,000 megawatts by 2030. Senator Yaw explains the urgent need for a clear plan of action, including serious investment in new energy infrastructure. In his words, “We should have shovels in the ground working on this right now.”
