What Sola Talabi is attempting to do today should have been done yesterday, the nuclear consultant says.
Ideally, the time to prepare a new workforce for the expected nuclear renaissance, is before that renaissance begins. But that’s a chicken-and-egg kind of problem. At the moment, Mr. Talabi is working to raise awareness of the kinds of jobs that the nuclear industry will need to grow, who will qualify for them, where and when they’ll be needed. The basic “w’s,” as he calls them.
