Pennsylvania is losing out to other states when it comes to business development.
That was the message from members of a panel discussion on Wednesday.
About 80 representatives from a wide range of industries gathered Wednesday for an event hosted by the manufacturer and business association. The panel members were all from Pennsylvania but had another state on their minds.
