U.S. Reps. Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA) and Donald Norcross (D-NJ), Bipartisan Building Trades Caucus co-chairmen, recently introduced the bipartisan Pre-Apprenticeships To Hardhats (PATH) Act that would create, fund, and sustain pre-apprenticeship programs for the building and construction trades.
